Our goal is for you to receive the freshest roast possible, meaning we roast to order. We receive your order and roast it within 1-2 days before shipping it out to you.

Here’s a breakdown of our shipping methods and policy.

Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days depending on the volume of orders we receive during that time. We do our best to get your orders to you in a timely manner, but if we’re experiencing delays, we’ll be sure to get in contact with you via phone or
email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our goal is always to process your order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location in relation to our home base in Davenport, Florida, delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, we don’t ship our products outside of the United States at this time.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time after Processing

We ship using USPS/FedEx. Updates on your order can be found on either the USPS or FedEx tracking websites. Most of our deliveries take 2-5 business days. Some delays may occur depending on the season, order volume, and your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email after your order is complete. You will then receive tracking information from USPS/FedEx within 24 hours.
